Return and Cancellation Policy

Moumi’s Fashion Mart allows you to return any product you purchase from the products listed on the platform based on different return reasons. All returns must be reported within two (2) days or 48 hours from the time the product is delivered through proper channel to Moumi’s Fashion Mart and that the customer should be a registered user of Moumi’s Fashion Mart.

  • Same product in different colour
  • Completely different product from the product shown
  • Do not like this product
  • Do not need it anymore
  • Product is dirty or with stains
  • Product is torn
  • Received incomplete product
  • It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
  • the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
  • the product is returned in all of its original packaging, and in like-new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached

Moumi’s Fashion Mart may reject the returned product if one/more of the criteria for processing of return listed above is/are not met.

If a product is deemed unfit for return, Moumi’s Fashion Mart will notify the customer that the return has been rejected and no refund will be issued to the customer. The customer can choose one of the following options:

  1. The product will be shipped back to the customer at a shipping cost of INR 60; or
  2. The product will be recycled.

If you do not select one of the above options within 7 days of informing you that your return has been rejected, the product will be recycled.

To claim for a damaged/defective product, you should have proper evidence like a clear video recording of unboxing/unpackaging of your product/order delivered to you. Make sure the folds of product (in case of saree) are kept intact as much as possible in the same new-condition as it was delivered.

Moumi’s Fashion Mart shall not be liable or accountable for accepting returns in the circumstances where You have: (a) not followed the process of initiating returns as provided in this Policy and in other communications to You, (b) returned a shipments with wrong product, extra product or missing products,, and (c) acted in a bad faith or fraudulent manner. Further, in the event of abuse of the Platform or the Platform policies which include excessive returns, high claim percentage or refusal to accept shipments, indication of any fraudulent or suspicious activity or behavior on our Platform or association with any such activity or behavior, including where your user metrics such as your claim rate, return rate etc., are higher than the average rate of the other users on our platform (“Abuse of Platform Policies”); Moumi’s Fashion Mart shall at its sole discretion not accept any return initiated by You or compensate you for wrong/damaged/missing products.

Please follow the return process which is highly required for smooth functioning of processing your return request.

To return a product,

Kindly submit separate return requests for each individual product.

In general, return shipping of product/(s) is/are done by our logistic partner. We do not charge for any return shipping (excluding some exceptional case). After approval of your return request, you will receive a date of return-pick up of the product you wish to return from Moumi’s Fashion Mart through email/phone. Once the product to be returned is picked up by our delivery agent, we will let you know about your return order status through email.

But, if there is any inconvenience related to shipping, as the case may be, we may contact you to mail the product you wish to return for which the shipping cost will be reimbursed by us. For further details and matters related to mailing the product, we will let you know through your registered email.

Moumi’s Fashion Mart allows you to cancel any product you purchase from the products listed on the platform within 24 hours from the time of purchase, i.e., before your order gets dispatched. To cancel a product/(s),

When you Return your order

In an unlikely event of damaged, defective or wrong item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund to your original payment source or your registered Moumi’s Fashion Mart ‘My wallet’ or replacement, as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement. We reserve the right to pick up the product to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

Products may be eligible for replacement only if the exact same item is in stock. If the replacement request is placed and the product is out of stock, a refund would be issued to you in your original payment source or your Moumi’s Fashion Mart wallet balance.

When you Cancel your order

Once you request for cancellation of your order, it will take 1-2 business days for the cancellation to reflect in our systems. The same will be notified to you by email. We will refund the entire amount to your original mode of payment/bank account/Moumi’s Fashion Mart wallet within 7-10 working days. If any portion of your order is paid using Moumi’s Fashion Mart wallet balance, it will also be returned to the same wallet as store credit.

Stock Clearance Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. It is applicable for only ‘stock clearance sale’ category of Moumi’s Fashion Mart.
