SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms on our ‘Terms & Conditions‘ page of Moumi’s Fashion Mart.
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We ship and deliver your product through reliable and renowned, third-party shipping service company and they will be responsible for shipping your products.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders on our website.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Shipping policy in case of ‘returned products’ is available on the ‘Return Policy‘ page of our website Moumi’s Fashion Mart. Once your order is placed, all details regarding dispatch, shipping and delivery will be provided to you through your registered email.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
DELIVERY GUIDE
In general, we deliver your order within 5 – 7 business days. But, in the following cities faster delivery is possible:
New Delhi
Mumbai
Kolkata
Chennai
Bengaluru
For remote areas, delivery can take longer.
During sale and peak periods, orders may take longer to process. Our delivery times should only be used as a guide.
RULES & RESTRICTIONS
Orders are processed and delivered on business days only. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Due to logistical difficulties in making deliveries to certain remote areas, we reserve our right to cancel your order and/or make such order subject to additional terms and conditions (including, without limitation to, requiring such orders to be conditional upon a minimum value of products being ordered in a single transaction).
We will notify you of cancellation and/or such conditions after you place your order.
DELIVERY PROBLEMS
If our shipping provider cannot make delivery to you at the provided shipping address, an additional attempt will be made the following business day. In case of a second failure to deliver, the parcel will be sent back and a refund will be initiated for all pre-paid orders to your original payment source/Moumi’s Fashion Mart Wallet. If your parcel has been sent back, please contact us through email for assistance – support@moumisfashionmart.in
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Most orders begin processing as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your order will be shipped once the items are located in stock. As soon as your order is shipped, you will be notified by email. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours on business days.
Please note that business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
